1. The Heritage Base: High-End Sweater Manufacturing (Dalang)
Located in the world-renowned “Woolen Capital” of Dalang, this is the birthplace of our knitting DNA. This base carries our original aspirations, focusing on high-end, custom-order sweaters, wool, and cashmere products.
Focus: Classic craftsmanship meets modern technology. We retain traditional hand-stitching and meticulous finishing while integrating intelligent flat-bed machines.
Capability: Specialized in mid-to-high-end custom collections that require the “human touch” alongside 3G–16G technical precision.
2. The Integrated Base: Modern Knit & Woven Production (Humen)
To meet the global demand for “Mixed-Media” and full-category fashion, this base combines advanced knit cut-and-sew operations with a high-precision woven factory.
Knit Segment: Specialized in T-shirts, sweatshirts, and functional sportswear using fully automatic cutting and digital printing.
Woven Segment: A full-process facility for shirts, trousers, jackets, and windbreakers.
The Advantage: Equipped with advanced automated hanging lines and a professional pattern room, this base handles the complex integration of different fabrics under one roof, ensuring perfect color and fit consistency.
3. The Agile Base: Sweater Spot Supply & Rapid Response
Recognizing the fast-paced nature of modern retail, our third base is dedicated to Spot Supply and Rapid Inventory Management.
Focus: This base maintains a curated selection of ready-to-ship sweater styles, allowing our global partners to respond instantly to market trends without long lead times.

We accept payment via T/T, PayPal & L/C which are commonly used in international transactions,If you prefer to pay through other means, please contact us for further assistance. Additionally, we require a 30-50% deposit at the time of order placement. The remaining balance must be settled prior to shipping.
Our MOQ typically starts at 100-300 pieces per style/color, depending on the fabric and design complexity. Please contact us for specific requirements.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we specialize in both OEM (Manufacturing based on your designs) and ODM (Developing designs for you) for knit and woven garments.
What is the lead time for samples and bulk production?
Samples usually take 7-10 days. Bulk production lead time ranges from 25-45 days after the pre-production (PP) sample is approved.
Can you provide fabric sourcing and development?
Absolutely. Being in Dongguan, we have access to a vast textile market and can source or develop custom sustainable, performance, or luxury fabrics.
How do you ensure quality control (QC)?
We follow a strict 4-point inspection system. Our QC team performs in-line inspections during sewing and a 100% final inspection before packaging.
Do you provide eco-friendly or sustainable packaging?
Yes, we offer various sustainable options including biodegradable polybags and recycled FSC-certified paper tags and boxes.
