The “Click” of a Zipper: We don’t just use any zipper. We source hardware with smooth, polished teeth and a weighted puller. It should glide like silk, not scratch like a saw.
Button Security (The “Shank” Method): Most cheap shirts have flat-sewn buttons that sit tight against the fabric, making them hard to fasten. We use “shanked” buttons with a neck of thread, allowing the fabric to sit comfortably behind the button. We also use cross-stitch reinforcement so they never fall off.
